When we want the best recipes, we turn to Julia Child and the cooking-show pros. When we need style inspiration, we rely on Vogue, Refinery 29, and the stars who show us how to wear the coolest designer styles. And when we have a question about our health and wellness, we call our doctor, dermatologist, aesthetician…. Bottom line: We turn to the experts.

So why should it be any different when we’re in search of full-body workout wisdom? Here we present three (accessible to everyone) fitness secrets from the ladies with bodies that don’t quit—including many of Live! Clothing’s favorite Brazilian women—with credit to the trainers who keep them looking fit and fab.

The workout: Aerobox

Runway fans: Adriana Lima, Doutzen Kroes, and Constance Jablonski

The basics: Former international boxing champion turned fitness expert and model trainer Michael Olajide, Jr. developed this boxing workout system, available on DVD and at his Aerospace studio in NYC. The system is designed to “sleekify” your body, with traditional athletic conditioning exercises like jumping rope, strength training, and punch combinations. The routines are as elegant as they are fierce.

What to wear: The fast-drying, super-sleek and supportive Fight Active Short

The workout: SoulCycle

Runway fans: Alessandra Ambrosio, Gisele Bündchen, Hilary Rhoda, and Emily DiDinato

The basics: The killer burn of these high-energy spin classes has reached institutional level, with studios across the country and legions of famous devotees. But, as with most fitness crazes, the runway set was among the first to embrace the dance-inspired choreography of this leg-sculpting, 45-minute workout based on fun and motivation.

What to wear: The lightweight, quick-dry Fresh Long Tank

The workout: Brazil Butt Lift

Runway fan: Alessandra Ambrosio and other Victoria’s Secret models

The basics: Former pro dancer and model trainer Leandro Carvalho created his signature rear-shaping workout program, available on DVD, to help his supermodel clients—including fellow Brazilian Alessandro Ambrosio—keep lean and toned without bulking up. The targeted routine is all about the booty (a perfect program for beach-season prep): Get ready to dance and sculpt your way to a firmer, lifted bum—and slim down your hips and thighs in the process.

What to wear: The super-sleek Techno Mix legging, with medium compression
